Big
Changes in 2005
Harvest is
currently undergoing some amazing changes. We are working with an
Action International Business Coach who is helping us become more
streamlined. Zed is extremely motivated and with his assistance
changes to Harvest will accommodate our new opportunities with
Hawker De Havilland and Boeing. Some of our latest innovations
include:
A monthly
newsletter to keep you up to date with what’s happening.
We will be
having weekly meetings on a Tuesday morning from 8.30-9.30am. If
you could assist us with calling after 9.30 am these mornings we
would really appreciate it!
We have sent
out job sheets for you to fill in and return with your jobs. This
will aid us in getting the information we require from you thus
eliminating mistakes and improving turn around times.
We will be
hiring a new driver shortly, allowing Garry to manage the workshop
and ensure a better service for you.
We also have
a new receptionist, Kelly. She is available to help you with
anything office related.
We are also
updating our website to make it more user friendly. Feel free to
let us know what you think.
Changes in
the factory include a new floor surface, a purple welding bay
(courtesy of Amanda!) And a shuffle around of desks in the office
