Harvest News-July 2005.

Harvest News...

► We are still attempting to replace Nicole with another Driver. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups before we found Ian. Finally, we found someone who fits in at Harvest.

► It looks like July is shaping up to be another busy month. Already we are juggling jobs for floor space! Again, if you know you have an urgent job, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate you in a speedy fashion.

►We have been updating our website and think it looks a bit better…if you get a few spare minutes, have a look and let us know what you think. We are also in the process of setting up an appropriate page of links- if you have a website and would like us to add a link to your page, please let Kelly know. We hope to have a links page up and running shortly.

Boeing Update
Work has begun on a producability tool for the Airbus A80.
We had Andreas Wurm and his offsider from Advanced Dimensional Solutions come out and Digitally record the measurements. It was very interesting to watch. We also had
a surprise visit from some of the Hawker Dehavilland folk.

BJF Engineering
After 25 years of business Bernie & Ninon Fox of BJF are retiring. They are hoping to sell the business as a going concern.
Anyone interested should contact BJF on 9792 2139.
We wish them all the best of luck. Enjoy the motorbikes and retired life. Happy riding!

Staff News

Kevin &Julie very nearly got out for a sail...perhaps when we get another magical weekend they might actually get out on the water.

Duncan’s darts team got through to the Grand Final.

Barge’s new boat arrived safely…on monday 4th July  he’s been busy buying all the "essentials" ie. Electric motors, fish finders etc.  Anyone wanting to go out for a fish- you know who to call! Oh and he's after a name for the boat if anyone has any good ideas!

Garry had a week away up in the Daintree with his wife. Unfortunately this time the dog had to stay home! And what a return to work- having to go to the doctor and get three stitches in his finger that he squashed loading a job!

Wendy has been battling a nasty bout of the flue!

Kelly had a busy week in the lead up to the Belcam Auction.  It was nice to see some familiar faces in Nilma North for the day!
