Harvest News- March 2005.

New Driver

♦For those of you who have not met our new driver, Nicole, she has been doing our pick up and deliveries since mid-february. She has a bubbly personality and has slotted right into Harvest! We hope that you make her welcome as she finds her way out to you!

♦This is a perfect time to ask you to please fill out your job information sheets and ensure they accompany your job back here. Garry will compare job and job sheet and contact you if he has a query.

Extreme Leadership Breakfast.
Thursday 17th February we had the pleasure of attending an "Extreme Leadership" breakfast. It was a very inspiring way to start the day!
We were fortunate enough to have Andrew Down from Plastool International, Chris Saunders from Complete Welding Services and Zed Morrey our Action International Business coach come along for a beautiful Sofitel cooked breakfast! Thank you very much for coming along at such short notice!
The two stories used in the presentation were based on:
"It's only a mountain" Dick & Ricky Hoyt. www.teamhoyt.com
"Touching the Void" Joe Simpson.

Aerospace Materials Research

On friday 25th February we had a visit from a Japanese delegation. There was a lot of work done in cleaning the factory and painting walls, floors and anything that stood still long enough! But the end result was a respectable looking factory and some happy visitors. Thank you to Len Rogan and George Derrick from Metaltec for chauffering the three gentlemen out to see us.

From Left to Right: George Derrick (Metaltec), Shoji Miki (Fuji Idustries),
Ken'ichi Hamada (NIPPON YAKIN KOGYO), Makato Komuro (YAKIN Kawasaki ) Kevin Galna (Harvest), Len Rogan (Metaltec) and Duncan Birrell (Harvest).
